1. Service Agreement

By using Silvere Woods gaming services and facilities, you agree to these terms and conditions. Our services are provided subject to availability and facility capacity.

2. Service Description

Silvere Woods provides gaming and entertainment services including but not limited to:

• High-performance gaming PC rentals
• Virtual Reality (VR) gaming experiences
• Console gaming (PlayStation/Xbox)
• eSports tournaments and events
• Private event hosting
• Monthly gaming subscriptions

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in Turkish Lira (₺) and are subject to change with prior notice. Payment is due upon service usage unless otherwise arranged.

• Gaming PC Rental: 150 ₺ per hour
• Evening Package: 750 ₺ (18:00-00:00)
• Day Pass: 940 ₺ (12 hours)
• VR Zone: 300 ₺ per 30 minutes
• Console Gaming: 225 ₺ per hour
• Monthly Subscription: 3,380 ₺

4. Age Restrictions and Safety

Players must be 12 years or older. Anyone under 16 requires parental permission. We maintain a safe gaming environment and reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates our safety policies.

5. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

• Treating equipment and other users with respect
• Following all posted rules and staff instructions
• Not engaging in cheating, hacking, or disruptive behavior
• Keeping food and drinks in designated areas only
• Respecting other players' gaming experience

6. Our Responsibilities

Silvere Woods commits to:

• Providing high-quality gaming equipment and fast internet
• Maintaining a clean and safe gaming environment
• Organizing fair and exciting tournaments
• Ensuring equipment is properly maintained and updated
• Providing friendly and helpful staff support

7. Equipment and Liability

Users are responsible for any damage caused by misuse of equipment. We carry appropriate insurance coverage but are not liable for personal belongings or pre-existing equipment issues.

8. Tournament Rules

All tournaments follow specific rules posted at the venue. Cheating, hacking, or unsportsmanlike conduct will result in immediate disqualification and potential ban from future events.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

We respect your privacy and maintain strict confidentiality regarding personal information. Gaming data and personal details are protected according to our privacy policy.

10. Operating Hours

We are open daily from 10:00 AM to 2:00 AM. Hours may vary during holidays or special events. Check our website or contact us for current hours.
